Have you heard about mindfulness thinking and wondered how it might help you deal with life better? Start your mindfulness journey with a three-week introduction class. Begin to experience the physical, emotional and health benefits of this practice. Those who practice mindfulness regularly often notice improved patience, mood, self-awareness as well as decreased levels of stress and reactivity.
This course is taught with a secular approach and is open to those with no previous mindfulness experience. Each class session will include short lessons, actual practices and time for reflection and questions.
Dress casually and plan to learn, relax and live more mindfully.
