In this course, we'll look at ways in which our own mind helps and hinders our lives. We will study and practice mindfulness as a way to work with our thinking. Anxiety, depression, "critical voice" and reaching personal goals will all be explored.
This course is designed for individuals with an interest in these topics as well as a desire to learn mindfulness practice. No previous experience in mindfulness needed. The course is taught in a group format and is not designed for those needing individual or group therapy.
