My work is mostly focused in the use of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. It is based on the concept that how you think influences how you feel and behave.  If you find yourself repeatedly battling thoughts of depression, anxiety or chronic unhappiness, then likely the quality of your life is suffering too.
